I enquired about a sample of a 350 page thesis on Friday morning that needed printing and binding prior to three versions of the complete document being done the following Monday. I came away with a perfect sample a couple of hours later on the Friday and 3 perfect copies (with a long title change) on Monday afternoon despite handing the final document in two hours later than originally planned! The thesis was handed in on time and looked very professional. Thank you
