The sale of the house went through without any major issues and I was kept informed and advised throughout. The sale was on behalf of my cousin who had to go into a care home near me some 50 miles away from Reading. Joe appreciated the position and he helped in every way he could, for example by making regular checks on the property. I believe we got the best price and the fees charged by Martin and Pole were very reasonable.
